Performed a usability analysis on company’s HR communications portal and online enrollment microsite. Worked with 24 Hour Fitness’s Senior Benefits Analyst, insurance broker and the third-party benefits administrator to streamline the online enrollment process prior to open enrollment. Revised site resulted in an improved online enrollment experience for 24 Hour Fitness employees. February 19, 2007.
Created entry points to used-car inventory search, certified pre-owned search and for sale by owner interfaces on cars.com partner site; added KBB used-car values lookup tool. October 27, 2006.
